Diamond Neighborhood residents are invited to join Diamond Community Investors by investing in Market Creek Partners, LLC — the company that owns Market Creek Plaza and the property at 47th and Market streets. As owners, Diamond Community Investors will also have a voice in the operation and management of the two properties.

Presentations are scheduled in the evening on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, and in the morning on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. All meetings take place at Market Creek Plaza and include a tour of the Plaza. This opportunity is open only to Diamond neighborhood stakeholders, people who demonstrate a commitment to strengthening the neighborhoods surrounding Market Creek Plaza and who live, work, or volunteer in these neighborhoods. Individual investors may purchase an ownership stake starting at $200 and up to $10,000. Collectively, the Diamond Community Investors will own up to $500,000 or 20% of the project.
