Since 1997, teams of community residents have been working to transform a community eyesore into a vibrant lively place where people can shop, eat, work, and play. Working together, we created Market Creek Plaza, a community and cultural center that meets residents’ needs and celebrates our diversity. We made sure that the people who live here will have the opportunity to ownwhat they build.

We have paved the way for residents to become owners of Market Creek Plaza. It took a lot of teamwork and learning to make this happen. But we did it! And now we are ready to take the next steps in the journey toward ownership.
